Forms and Regulations

Prior to discussing your dog’s participation at Clyde’s Camp we have provided Forms and Regulations here, and request that you print, fill out, and email the following forms for your dog(s).

All Boarders and Campers must:

  • Complete the Application, Registration, and Release form
  • Provide valid proof of vaccination
  • Take part in a Temperament Evaluation session

CLYDE’S CAMP Camper Application, Registration and Release Agreement

We are committed to providing a safe environment at Clyde’s Camp. As a result, all campers over 6 months of age must be spayed or neutered. All animals must have vaccinations from a licensed vet, at least 24 hours before they arrive.  Written proof of vaccines must be provided.

Forms and RegulationsWe Require Proof of The Following Vaccinations from a Veterinarian:
  • Rabies(required)
  • DHPP (required)
  • Leptospirosis (required)
  • Bordetella for kennel cough (required)
  • Canine Influenza (required)
We Require That Your Dog Be Treated With The Following:
  • Monthly Flea and Tick Prevention
  • Monthly Heartworm Protection
Temperament Evaluation

All dogs are required to take part in a Temperament Evaluation prior to staying at Clyde’s Camp. This Temperament Evaluation must take place at least 3 days prior to your dog’s reserved boarding time. The evaluation comprises a visit where your dog will be observed with other dogs and staff for a minimum of 3 hours. We collect a $20 non-refundable fee for this evaluation.  If your dog does well it will be able to participate in playtime with other dogs. Dog who do not seem comfortable with large groups may be offered other exercise options, where your dog will not mix with the other dogs. We reserve the right to accept your dog, solely at the discretion of Clyde’s Camp management and staff. We also retain the right to remove any dog from playtime should we feel it unsafe to other residents or staff.

Forms and RegulationsDrop Off and Pick Up Times

Drop off times must be pre-agreed, but generally are between 6.30am and 8am for boarding and day play dogs.

Pick up times must be pre-agreed, but generally are between 4pm and 6pm for boarding dogs. For 1/2 day play pick up is between 11.30 and 12.
